According to the invitation of the Italian Charity Fund "HELIOS ONLUS" and University medical association AOU "Policlinico - Vittorio Emanuele" di Catania, in collaboration with the Charity Fund Medical Relief, the official delegation of representatives of medical institutions of Ukraine led by People's deputy of Ukraine Yuriy Samoilenko visited Catania, Sicily, Italy during 20-28, November 2010.

During the visit, delegation members have had meetings with leaders of several medical institutions, medical faculty of the University, the leading medical specialists.

As a result of the visit signed the agreement on long-term cooperation on the implementation of charitable medical programs whose implementation would improve the quality of medical care to citizens of Ukraine and Italy, will assist in strengthening friendship and cooperation between our peoples.
